HOW TO MAKE SLOW COOKER BEEF TIPS WITH MUSHROOMS
Step 1. Add 2 pounds of stew meat to the slow cooker.
Step 2. Pour 2 cans of Cream of Mushroom soup over beef.
Step 3. Pour 1 cup beef broth into the slow cooker.
Step 3. Add onions and mushrooms and stir to combine all ingredients.
Step 4. Cook on low for 7-8 hours or 4-5 hours on high. Salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5. Optional- Thicken gravy with cornstarch and water if desired.
Step 6. Serve immediately over mashed potatoes, rice, or gluten-free noodles.

- 2 pounds stew meat
- 1 cup beef broth
- 29 oz cream of mushroom soup 2 cans
- 1 yellow onion chopped
- 8 oz mushrooms sliced

Add 2 pounds of stew meat to the slow cooker.

Pour 2 cans of Cream of Mushroom soup over beef.

Pour 1 cup beef broth into the slow cooker.

Add onions and mushrooms and stir to combine allingredients.

Cook on low for 7-8 hours or 4-5 hours on high. Salt and pepper to taste.
